Physical Facilities

The main classrooms used by the program are equipped with multimedia equipment and internet access, and are located on the ground floor and the second floor of Block H of the CCS, which is the graduate block.

Procedures for room reservation in Block H:

Room reservations for Block H are made through the website: https://reservas.ccs.ufsc.br/

1. First, the user must log in to the system. To do this, simply click on “login”.

2. Click on the UFSC crest to log in and fill in the fields with your ID and IDUFSC password.

3. For classroom reservations in Block H, click on the “BLOCO-H” icon.

4. On the new page, click on “FILTRAR”, located in the upper right corner, and enter the requested data.

5. The system will display the rooms that are available for booking.

6. To make reservations for the auditoriums and other rooms, as shown in the image, the user just needs to click on the desired physical facilities and check its availability. These spaces are available on the homepage of the scheduler.

7. Here, it is also possible to use the tool “FILTRAR”, as explained earlier.

Reservation Cancellation

1. Click on “Administração” in the menu on the left.

2. Click on “Reservas de espaços físicos”.

3. This window will show all the reservations made by the logged-in user.

4. Selecione a reserva que deseja cancelar e no campo estado, selecione cancelado e depois clique em salvar. Select the reservation you want to cancel, then in the status field, select “Cancelado” and click the “SALVAR” button.

Note: the same procedures are used for booking other rooms available in the CCS. However, the CCS Graduate Secretariat only manages the rooms available in Block H.
